We are seeking Fellows from underrepresented populations, who may have limited exposure to professional pathways in a legal profession. Pipeline Fellows will demonstrate a potential for success that is consistent with DWT’s current candidate recruiting qualifications.
Selected Fellows will be invited to join the annual DWT Pre-Law Diversity Fellowship program which will include: (1) a two half-day virtual legal immersion academy, (2) assignment of an attorney mentor, (3) quarterly mentoring cohorts (both in person and by phone), and (4) a fully-paid LSAT prep course with Testmasters180.
Must be a current sophomore, junior, or senior at a higher education institution in Washington State
Open to applicants of color and/or those from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds

The following information is sought so we can assemble a class of program participants with a variety of experiences, interests, and goals. The information you disclose will be reviewed only by the faculty and selection committee, will be kept in confidence, and will not be disclosed to other program participants. Responses to both essays prompts are required -- see details below.
