Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join its nationally recognized Antitrust Practice in Washington, DC.
Our antitrust lawyers handle the full scope of antitrust issues across all industries for our clients. We do litigation, transactions, government investigations, and compliance counseling. Our team has extensive experience defending transactions before the US antitrust enforcement agencies and representing clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation.
Qualified applicants for this position must have at least two years of experience working on antitrust matters, as well as excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the antitrust divisions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington, D.C.
